You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

✅ In its original packaging, with all included accessories.
✅ Not falling under the non-returnable categories listed below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or custom-order reasons, including:

❌ Opened beauty, health, or personal care items.
❌ Undergarments and socks.
❌ Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
❌ Digital products or downloadable software.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Note: We do not accept returns that are sent back without prior approval.
4. Who Covers the Return Shipping Costs?
💰 If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, damaged product): We will cover the return shipping cost.
💰 If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
